Head coach Scott McKenzie who was instrumental in bringing Fellows back into the club had this to say about the appointment
It’s great to have Steve and Dave on board as the coaching team for the NIHL2 team. They both have a wealth of experience and are Deeside through and through. I will oversee the programme and work closely with Steve and Dave to help and support them in any way I can. This will also allow the movement of players from N2 to N1 to be a smooth and successful pathway. I am looking forward to working with both men this coming season.”
