Dragons Look To Tame The Tigers

Submitted by on February 8, 2017 – 9:55 pm

After last week’s 7-4 victory on the road to Telford, the Dragons welcome the Shropshire outfit to The Den for the final time this season. In the three previous encounters, The Dragons have collected all the points and will look to continue that this Sunday.

Coach Mckenzie is hoping his Dragons continue their good run of form; “We have been pretty consistent of late and I am really hoping that we continue the way we have been. It’s been a good couple of weeks but I know how quickly things can turn and we have to remain as focused as we have been.

The guys are excited to have a bumper crowd in this Sunday and we hope to give them something to cheer about.” The Dragons are not only welcoming the Tigers to The Den on Sunday but also 350 Welsh Girl Guides. Coach Mckenzie and his team will be skating with the girls throughout the day as well as providing off ice activities. The Girl Guides will be sat in the main stand throughout the game and we would encourage our loyal Dragons fans to make them feel welcome this Sunday.

Doors open this Sunday at 5pm with face off at 5:45pm. Entry is priced at adults £7 and children £3.
